When we first adopted our little half-princess, half-pit bull from a shelter, we never dreamt that we’ll need extra help in dealing with her behavior. In the beginning it was just some quirky issues (stairs, refusing to go out in the rain, etc.). After she turned a year old, we noticed growing aggression towards other dogs and her dominant behavior in the house. Tanya helped us address all these issues, and she showed us how to correctly modify her behavior. There was a noticeable change even after the first session. We made a commitment and after couple of sessions, we had a completely different dog! We were so happy with the results that we decided to go through Tanya’s Obedience Training as well as Canine Nutrition Consultation (we switched her food and added some supplements, and that resolved terrible itching and allergies she had). Now, everyone from our family and friends to people we meet on our everyday walks admire Ripley - how calm and well-behaved she is. We happily recommend Tanya to everyone (and we call her the East Coast Dog Whisperer)!

We have been working with Tanya now for three years and I don't know what we would do without her, or rather what Ringo and Foxxie would do if they didn't have Tanya to train their parents. She is extremely knowledgeable about so many important issues such as nutrition, training, behavioral problems, veterinary practices, and holistic veterinary medicine. She is always up on the latest information and stays well informed about the many issues that affect our little ones. In particular, Ringo, our Jack Russell, has had many health issues over the years. He has always had a sensitive stomach so her nutritional counseling has been quite valuable to us. This past year, we found out he has a heart valve leak. Tanya helped us design an herbal and vitamin supplement regimen for Ringo that will help his immune system and help to maintain his heart function. Tanya's assistance not only helped Ringo, but also helped give us some piece of mind. Our youngest, Foxxie, we adopted from Tanya (who rescued her), about two and a half years ago. She is such an amazing little girl and has defiantly taken over our hearts. Unfortunately she came with some baggage and some fear aggression that we did not know how to handle by ourselves. With Tanya's help we went through obedience and behavioral training with Foxxie and learned that loving her meant not only giving her praise and toys but also discipline and structure to make her feel secure. She is doing so amazing and we can't thank Tanya enough for all she has done. When we first got Foxxie, she wouldn't not come out from under the bed and she would growl every time we went near her, it was obvious she was very afraid. Today Foxxie is a very happy member of our family and she loves to cuddle and play. Like all children, our little guys have had several other problems over the years. Fortunately, we have always had Tanya there to help us through every challenge. It is so wonderful how much Tanya loves and cares for all dogs and we know any family would be lucky to have her. My Labradoodle started training with Tanya when she was about 3 months old. At the time, she was terrified of stairs and absolutely refused to go up or down them. After Tanya spent a few moments training her in a kind way to go up and down stairs, she got used to it very quickly. The next day, Lola was a little apprehensive again so I used Tanya's technique and after a couple of attempts, she was fine with the stairs again. We never had a problem after that.
